Customer Service/Collections Agents

Bilingual Customer Service/Collections Agents

$11 – 14 per Hour +bonuses, depending on experience

Provide inbound customer service/soft collections to customers in an effort to resolve account issues. You will be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.  If you are able to listen to and resolve customer issues in a positive and professional manner, we have a career for you.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of stable work experience. High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have good computer skills, type 25 WPM, and availability 7 days a week.
• You might be assigned to work any shift between 7am – 11pm, but will have a set shift.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
