Roseland Counseling Center

The Roseland Counseling Center was created in July of 2019 through a partnership of the Roseland Partners and Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas to provide mental health counseling and supportive services to the Roseland residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

Common concerns: Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, substance use, and anger management, among others.

Meet the Team

Simone Martens, MS, LPC, RPT
Simone Martens, MS, LPC, RPT 

Simone Martens is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. Simone obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is certified in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®) and can provide services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Her experience includes working with children, adults, and families in both clinical and school settings.

Jeannette Sanchez, MS, NCC, LPC Intern
Jeannette Sanchez, MS, NCC, LPC Intern  

Jeannette Sanchez is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern working under the supervision of Liz D. Ener, PhD, LPC-S (TX), NCC, RPT-S. Jeannette obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. During her time there she received additional training in Play Therapy. She can provide services in English and Spanish. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both clinical and school settings.
