Jewish Family Service is advancing our mission to provide whole-person care to the Greater Dallas community with the opening of our first Community Health Center (CHC). We are now open and accepting new patients!

Our community-based clinic offers access to primary healthcare for the entire family, ensuring that everyone receives the care they need. Income-based discounts are available, so cost is never a barrier to high-quality care.

Welcome to the Community Health Center

The Jewish Family Service Northpoint Health Center has opened its doors to new patients! The clinic is located in the Northpoint Medical Arts Building, about 5 miles from the main JFS office building.

The 5,500 sq ft facility features 10 examination rooms, along with dedicated spaces for behavioral health and counseling. There will be three primary care providers and two behavioral health clinicians on-site.

All patients are welcome regardless of age, race, religion or ethnicity. We accept most insurance payers including those with Medicare or Medicaid.
