Jewish Family Service will advance our mission to provide whole-person care to the Greater Dallas community by opening our first Community Health Center (CHC) in March 2024.

The community-based clinic will provide access to primary healthcare for the entire family. Income-based discounts are available, so that cost is never a barrier to high-quality care.

Welcome to the Community Health Center

The Jewish Family Service Northpoint Health Center has opened its doors to new patients! The clinic is located in the Northpoint Medical Arts Building, about 5 miles from the main JFS office building.

The 5,500 sq ft facility features 10 examination rooms, along with dedicated spaces for behavioral health and counseling. There will be three primary care providers and two behavioral health clinicians on-site.

All patients are welcome regardless of age, race, religion or ethnicity. We accept most insurance payers including those with Medicare or Medicaid.
