Our Clinic Locations

There are two clinic locations: the JFS Northpoint Health Center on Greenville Avenue and the JFS Parkside Health Center located inside the main JFS Dallas building on Quorum Drive.

Whichever location you visit, our friendly providers are ready to care for your whole family and help connect you to our full range of programs and services. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Income-based discounts are also available, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to receiving high-quality care. Appointment required.

The JFS Health Centers have bilingual Spanish-speaking staff and offer a Language Line to support additional language needs.

CeCe’s Place for Prenatal and Women’s Health will be opening in Spring 2026.

FAQs

  • Is this clinic an Urgent Care?

No, we are not an urgent care. We focus on establishing long-term relationships with our patients to provide primary care services by a consistent healthcare clinician, which includes seeing established patients for acute concerns and sick visits.

  • Do you offer X-rays or other imaging services?

No, we do not offer X-rays or other imaging services. We refer out for these services based on who accepts your insurance. For self-pay individuals, we attempt to find the most affordable option available in the area.

  • Do you accept walk-ins or same-day appointments, or provide telehealth?

We see patients by appointment. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are accommodated only if there are openings on the schedule for the day, so we do advise patients to call ahead to avoid long wait times or coming in if we are full for the day. Walk-ins are welcome to wait to see if there are openings due to cancellations, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Do you provide women’s health, family planning, or prenatal care?

We provide the following services for women’s care: cervical cancer screenings (pap smears), breast exams, referrals for mammograms, prescription birth control, and initial evaluation of menstrual irregularities.

  • Do you accept insurance / What if I don’t have insurance / Is this a free clinic?

This is not a free clinic, but we offer deeply discounted services based on your income and household size.

  • Can I receive medical care if I’m a volunteer or staff member at JFS Dallas?

The providers at our JFS Health Centers cannot be your primary care provider if you are a JFS Dallas staff member or volunteer, but you can be seen for an acute medical issue, like a sick visit.
