Our clinics offer Primary Care, Women’s Health and Prenatal Care, and Behavioral Healthcare for the entire family – serving as a trusted medical home where patients can receive routine, ongoing care and support at every turn.
There are two clinic locations: the JFS Northpoint Health Center on Greenville Avenue and the JFS Parkside Health Center located inside the main JFS Dallas building on Quorum Drive.
Whichever location you visit, our friendly providers are ready to care for your whole family and help connect you to our full range of programs and services. We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Income-based discounts are also available, ensuring that cost is never a barrier to receiving high-quality care. Appointment required.
The JFS Health Centers have bilingual Spanish-speaking staff and offer a Language Line to support additional language needs.
CeCe’s Place for Prenatal and Women’s Health will be opening in Spring 2026.

Dr. Esquivel is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, women’s health, and adolescent medicine. She has served as both a treating physician and Chief Medical Officer at Federally Qualified Health Centers across the country. Dr. E is committed to expanding access to healthcare for underserved communities.

Stacy has nearly 20 years of experience as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, and neurology. She is recognized nationally for her leadership in nursing and is dedicated to partnering with patients on preventive, acute, and chronic care to support long-term health.

Hannah has nearly 15 years of experience as a clinical social worker. She has worked in many different settings, including in both public and private schools, an outpatient hospital clinic, and in community mental health. She enjoys supporting kids, teens, adults and families in learning new ways to manage life stressors and meet health goals.
