All sessions will be in-person, 12 maximum participants. $100 for the course and all session attendance is required. If the program is full, you will be added to the waitlist for next time.
Participants will learn:
- Powerful self-awareness tools to monitor how they are showing up in conflict
- The importance of mindfulness and how you can use this as a tool to prepare for and improve stressful situations
- Empathy allows us to see things from other people’s perspectives, and we will learn how to use empathy to reduce the intensity of conflict
- How to manage conflicts we are not prepared for, to do a body and emotion check to reduce stress and allow for positive communication to take place
