Modified Yoga with Meditation

Join our Cancer Support Services staff member, Beth Broodo, for a modified yoga session. The session will end in meditation. This yoga session is scheduled for both Tuesdays at 2:30 PM and Thursdays at 1:00 PM at the Jewish Community Center in the mind and body room. Pre-registration by email is required.
