PERK (Parents Empowered Raising Kids)

Facilitated by Karen Stark, JFS Licensed Professional Counselor, this interactive conversation is specifically tailored to parents and other adults caring for a child with special needs. All information shared in PERK gatherings remains confidential within the group.
The endeavor of PERK is to create social and support connections between adults who are raising children with special needs. PERK events are facilitated by professionals from the JFS Special Needs Resource Team and are designed to give parents tools and support for everyday challenges.
