Kathy is the Founder of HR Consultant and Career Advisor and experienced HR Executive. From small start-ups to large multi-national organizations, she has cultivated a dynamic career in Human Resources. Kathy earned a BA in Criminology & Psychology, and an MS in Counseling & HR Services from Purdue University.
