Kathy Goodin-Mitchell, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP Career Advisor
Kathy is an experienced HR Executive who has made her mark in Healthcare, Pharma, Biotech, Manufacturing, Foods, Logistics and Non-Profit industries. She is an adaptive leader that engages the human element of organizations, bringing calm to chaos, building structure from vision and driving success of mission. Born and raised in Southern Indiana near Louisville, KY, she grew up building core values that endure. Today she is passionate about animal welfare, and helping those in transition and professionals land careers that are fulfilling and prosperous. Kathy earned a BA in Criminology & Psychology, and a MS in Counseling & HR Services from Purdue University. She was a 2-time Board Member of Dallas HR and is currently an active Member of the Southlake Focus Group Leadership Committee and Panel Interviewer at the DFW Pit Crew.
