‘Bon Voyage’ to Allison Harding after 17 Years with JFS

JFS staff, friends, and family gathered to wish Allison Harding a bon voyage before her retirement from JFS at the end of June. Allison has worked at JFS for 17 years, serving as the Senior Director of Career and Financial Services.

Under Allison’s leadership, the Career and Financial Services department experienced significant growth. Last year alone, the CFS team served over 5,300 clients, achieving a 77% success rate for those seeking employment.

Through her role, Allison has made many contributions to JFS over the years. She helped establish the Empowerment Fund, which assists individuals in affording essentials for starting new jobs, such as work uniforms, car repairs, or training and certifications. Additionally, she implemented the Working Families Success Model in CFS, integrating employment services, income support, and financial coaching to make it easier for families to access all of the support they need under one roof.

We appreciate all that Allison Harding has done for our community. Our dedicated team of Career and Financial Coaches will continue to grow and serve thousands in our community every year, and we wish her the best on her new adventure!

Congratulations to Jill Tokumoto, who will now serve as the new Senior Director of Career and Financial Services at JFS.
