Join Absolutely Abby at her workshop as she walks us through an activity that will help us determine what our passion is and then decide whether it’s feasible to go after it! This is a question we all heard as children.

The most common choices at that age were pilot, veterinarian, doctor, teacher and lawyer probably because those were the only professions we had heard of.  It’s easy to make that decision as a child, but what happens when we become an adult with bazillions of possibilities in front of us? And what happens when we have been in our chosen profession for the past 20 years and then we are faced with a lay off? As an adult these decisions are much more meaningful and can also be much more difficult. The only requirement for the session is an open mind.

Meet the Presenter:

Abby Kohut, who is known in the job search world as Absolutely Abby, is the President of Staffing Symphony, LLC and author of “Absolutely Abby’s 101 Job Search Secrets.” Her website AbsolutelyAbby.com, which was selected as one of the “Top 100  websites for Your Career” by Forbes, teaches candidates the Absolute truth about the job search process. She has provided job search tips on Fox5, NBC, CBS, ABC, Monster, Real Simple, The Ladders, Bloomberg Radio, and Forbes. Recently, CEOWORLD Magazine rated Abby “One of the Top 25 Women for your Job Search.”
