Storage
- Keep meals frozen until ready to heat.
- Store in the freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or below.
- Do not refreeze meals once they have been thawed.
Thawing (Optional)
Meals can be heated from frozen or thawed overnight in the refrigerator for quicker heating.
Heating in the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Remove all plastic wrapping from the meal
- Heat for 30–45 minutes (from frozen) or 15–25 minutes (if thawed), depending on your oven and meal size.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving. Use a food thermometer if available.
General Safety Tips
- Wash hands before handling meals.
- Do not leave meals at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
- Discard any meal that appears spoiled, has an off odor, or has been left out too long.
