Jewish Family Service of Dallas is proud to host our annual Holiday Market! Each holiday season, community members help create and run a festive market filled with brand-new toys for children and gifts for adults. Clients and patients of JFS Dallas who may otherwise be unable to afford holiday gifts are invited to “shop” the market at no cost, selecting meaningful gifts for themselves and their loved ones.
Unlike other traditional holiday assistance programs, the JFS Dallas Holiday Market allows families to browse the shelves, choose the gifts that are right for each member of their family, and wrap them before taking them home. This dignified shopping experience allows individuals to make their own choices and create a more personalized and festive holiday for their families.
The JFS Dallas Holiday Market is made possible entirely through the generosity of our community. Last year, because of generous donors, 190 families experienced the joy of choosing holiday gifts for themselves and their loved ones, and 150 Holocaust Survivors received gift cards for the holiday. With your help, we can make that magic possible again this year!
