The JFS Northpoint Health Center is excited to welcome the community once again for our 2nd Annual Back-to-School Health Fair on Tuesday, July 15 from 4-6 pm at 12606 Greenville Ave., Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75243. No registration needed.
This is a chance for the whole family to get ready for the school year and connect to JFS services. Dr. Heather Esquivel, JFS’s Chief Medical Officer, and the Health Center team will be on site to provide:
- Free health screenings, including blood pressure and blood sugar
- Opportunity to schedule an appointment at the JFS Health Center or JFS food pantry
- Free clear backpacks filled with school supplies, one per child present, while supplies last
Last year, we were thrilled to welcome over 200 community members, and we can’t wait to see even more friendly faces this year!
Whether you’re already a patient or new to Northpoint, this is a great opportunity to meet our providers and see the clinic. The JFS Northpoint Health Center is currently accepting new patients of all ages and is here to support your family’s health all year long!
