Father’s Day Cards: Thursday, June 11, 2026

Please submit all tributes by the following deadlines:

1. If you are sending multiple cards, please submit a separate form for each card.

2. Enter your donation amount (tribute cards require a minimum donation of $36).

3. Enter your personal information.

4. Select “I would like to dedicate this gift.” and fill out the tribute information.

5. Select “I would like to send a Priya card in recognition of this gift” and complete the recipient’s name and mailing information.

6. Please indicate whether this card should be sent for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day.

To arrive in time for Mother’s Day, all Mother’s Day cards will be sent on or before May 1.
To arrive in time for Father’s Day, all Father’s Day cards will be sent on or before June 12.
