Over 1,500 Rolls of Toilet Paper Collected on National Toilet Paper Day

On National Toilet Paper Day, our community came together to meet one of the JFS Food Pantry’s greatest needs: toilet paper. Thanks to your generosity, we collected more than 1,500 rolls to help families in Dallas.

Because toilet paper is not covered by SNAP or WIC benefits, it is one of the hardest items for families facing hardship to secure — and one of the most requested in our Food Pantry. Community donations help bridge this gap. Last year alone, more than 10,000 individuals relied on the pantry for food and basic household essentials.

While National Toilet Paper Day gave us a chance to spotlight this urgent need, the reality is that toilet paper is needed all year long. Every roll donated helps us keep shelves stocked and ensures families can maintain dignity and health.

You can continue making a difference by dropping off donations at our building, shopping through our Amazon Wishlist, or making a gift at jfsdallas.org/donate.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to the drive and helped spread the word. Together, we can make sure this simple but vital item is always available to the families we serve.
