Beginner Excel course: learn basics, formulas, and data skills in 6 live online sessions.

This beginner-level Microsoft Excel class will teach you the basic skills you need to use Excel for work and everyday tasks. Each 1.5-hour session is taught live on Microsoft Teams by your instructor, Mary Wilson, and includes hands-on practice and opportunities for Q&As.

Participants who attend all 6 sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion recognizing their commitment and new Excel skills.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to open and navigate Excel
  • How to enter and organize data
  • Basic formatting (rows, columns, and cells)
  • Simple formulas and functions (like SUM)
  • How to work with basic data tables
