Over 40 leaders from 25 organizations in the Dallas Jewish community gathered at the future JFS building for a pre-renovation tour, a discussion on community needs, and a conversation on expanding access to JFS’s physical, emotional, nutritional, and financial health resources.
Attendees included rabbis, school administrators, and leaders from Jewish organizations, congregations, and community groups.
During the discussion, JFS provided updated lists of available resources to help broaden the reach of essential services. Key topics included plans for the new Karla and Larry Steinberg JFS Campus, access to primary medical care at the Northpoint Health Center, volunteer and community involvement opportunities, and financial grants through The Priya Reproductive Fund.
The meeting also served as a platform for community leaders to connect, identify specific needs within their circles, and explore ways JFS can offer additional support.
We are grateful to everyone who attended this productive gathering and look forward to continuing these important conversations next year!
