Dear Valued Patient,
We are pleased to share that on March 23, 2026, JFS Dallas will open a second clinic location: JFS Parkside Health Center in Addison. Dr. Heather Esquivel will provide care at this new location while continuing her work at JFS Northpoint Health Center.
The Parkside location at 16301 Quorum Drive will place medical services alongside many of the supportive programs offered by Jewish Family Service of Dallas, including our food pantry, behavioral health counseling, and case management. This expanded access will allow us to serve our community more effectively and offer a more coordinated experience for patients and families.
We want to reassure you that JFS Northpoint Health Center will remain open at 12606 Greenville Ave., and you may continue receiving care here without any interruption.
– Dr. Esquivel will continue providing care at Northpoint three days per week.
– Stacy Tomberlin, DNP, APRN, FNP, will continue providing care at Northpoint five days per week.
