Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee calendar management, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Organize and manage company meetings and events, including logistical planning and vendor coordination.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, representing the company professionally at the front desk.
- Manage incoming mail, ensuring proper sorting and distribution according to company procedures.
- Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment for both the corporate office and field locations.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including processing expenses and approving invoices as needed.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and manage content updates on the company’s internal website.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by ensuring that administrative duties are completed accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an office management or executive assistant role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with poise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management systems and software.
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices.
- Prior experience in a corporate or similar professional setting.
Additional Information:
This role is initially offered as a temporary position with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance.
Salary: $28.00-$34.00/H
