Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Proven skills and success in developing trainings and leading significant exercise designs, in addition to program/project management, teamwork, plan development, organizing, facilitating, leading, and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Create and lead training and exercise teams and manage the respective tasks and activities utilizing project management and teambuilding skills
- Coordinate with and maintain collaborative interactions with local, county, state and federal training and exercise colleagues
- Presenting ideas, recommendations, and results
- Developing and monitoring schedules of deliverables and project budgets
- Assisting in Emergency Preparedness Working Groups coordination

- Ability to manage all regional developed after action and improvement/corrective plan activities (conduct hot washes; gather relevant feedback via surveys and/or thru focused functional meetings; analyze corrective actions; assign and track status and completion of identified action items)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Required Experience
- Work requires a Bachelorโs degree in a related field of study
- One to three years or more of Emergency Management training and exercise experience
