Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining awareness of the latest developments in the alternative fuel and electric vehicle industries, including issues related to how electric vehicles and the electric grid interact
- Identifying and communicating region-specific best practices to support resilience of alternative fuel infrastructure, especially electric vehicle charging
- Identifying and selecting region-appropriate emissions-reduction strategies for a regional air quality improvement plan
- Contributing to the drafting of a regional air quality improvement plan
- Planning meetings and/or other events for stakeholders, including educational webinars, peer exchanges, etc.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of air quality grant programs such as the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan, Diesel Emissions Reduction Act, the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Formula Program, or other competitive grants to support local stakeholders
- Developing, implementing and monitoring project and program goals, performance measures, and milestones
- Drafting, for supervisor review and approval, responses to stakeholder inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Monitoring impacts of state and federal policies, rules, and legislation
- Developing correspondence, grant applications, technical reports, and other documents

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of electric vehicles and/or the electric utility industry
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical, quantitative methods
- At least one year of job-related experience
Starting Salary Range
Minimum of $51,874.00 – $62,248.80 annually
