Shifting From Dramatic to Solution-Focused Work Roles

Attend this workshop and learn how to transform confining, dramatic workplace relationships into more satisfying and productive interactions. You will learn:

· the surprising nature of energy-draining worker interactions that can reduce productivity

· to become more aware of how some challenging work interactions are generated

· how to transform dramatic workplace roles to more empowering and productive ones


Mitch Jacobs, M.Ed., LPC has been a Career Coach with the Career and Financial Services program at Jewish Family Service (JFS) for over 24 years. Mitch assists clients to clarify aspirations and key competencies, and develop practical approaches to obtain fulfilling career goals in one-on-one and group settings. Mitch earned his Masters of Education at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX, attained Director-level certification for Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Texas.
