No More Cash, Use Payment Apps!
March 29 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pmFree
Person-to-person payments are becoming increasingly popular as they are faster and more secure than traditional methods of payment, such as cash and card. Apps like PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp make it easier to transfer money between individuals, as they provide an easy-to-use interface that is accessible from any device.
With these apps, users can send and receive money with just a few clicks, and the payments are processed securely and quickly. With an app, you don’t need to worry about carrying around cash or a card, or having to wait in line to pay. You can make payments quickly and securely from anywhere, anytime.
This class will cover everything from setting up your account, to sending and receiving money. You’ll also learn about the encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information and the fraud detection and prevention systems in place , making sure your money is safe.
If you’re interested in learning more about person-to-person payments and how to use apps like PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp to make payments, join our free class on March 29!
This class was made possible through a partnership with AARP and Older Adult Technology Services (OATS) to offer free, in-person classes that have been specifically curated for older-adults to learn the digital skills needed to thrive in today’s society.
