Hungry for Health, Starved for Time Seminar

Join us to hear from Suzy Harmon, who will be speaking about her book and tips to stay healthy even when you are busy, and starved for time.
Suzy Harmon is an Integrative Nutrition Health & Wellness Coach and breast cancer survivor. She received her certification and training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Suzy is the owner of her own Health & Wellness company, “Harmonious Health” where she works with clients one-on-one and with Groups, providing workshops, lunch –and-learns and cooking classes to teach people about healthy eating habits and lifestyle habits.
Prior to working in the Wellness field, Suzy worked as a Certified Public Accountant in New York City, so she is very familiar with the struggles involved in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in the Corporate world. Her Wellness Programs focus on topics such as Healthy Nutrition, Stress Management, Fitting Fitness Into your Busy Day, Removing Toxins in Your Home Environment, The Value of Sleep, & Eating Right For Life. She also teaches workshops and cooking classes to help simplify the process of meal preparation.
Suzy is the author of a book titled “Hungry For Health, Starved For Time”, available on amazon, which is the busy person’s guide to Harmonious Health. She is an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), and a member, presenter and featured author of the New Self-Health Movement. Her book won a Top Ten Book Award from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Suzy is also a contributing author to “Grown & Flown” a parenting blog as well as a Corporate Trainer of custom work life balance programs for BLI Inc. (Balancing Life’s Issues) in New York and does Corporate trainings throughout Texas. She has appeared on WFAA with Sonia Azad, Health and Wellness reporter, and worked with groups such as National Charity League and JJ Pearce High School to prepare high school seniors for life in college.
