Job Title: IT Administrator
Position Description and Client Overview:
To support all dealership computer, phone and security systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Installs software programs, hardware programs, PC equipment and office equipment
Manages and maintains mainframe, networks and servers
Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
Updates Internet site, ADP system, phone system, and other applications
Runs back-up files for ADP and back-up tapes for security
Sets up new users on phones, voicemail, ADP, cellular phones, pagers, and software systems and train new users on communication equipment
Generates phone or communication reports weekly
Logs daily accomplishments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver\'s License)
Operator\'s Driver\'s License (must be insurable); Microsoft Certification for System Engineers (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer(MCT).
